Manitou’s Circus Pro suspension is a mountain-bike-and-BMX pedigree component line respected for precise, progressive damping and genuine tunability, and on the Sting R MX4 Expert it transforms how the bike behaves under hard riding. Landings feel more controlled, small-bump compliance improves noticeably on chattery trail sections, and the bike holds its line better through fast, rough terrain where a stock shock would start to pack down and get harsh.

Everything else that makes the MX4 platform excellent carries over unchanged: an 8,000W peak motor with instant, clutchless torque, a 74V 40Ah battery good for 40–50 miles of real-world range, and a 3.5-hour recharge time. Top speed climbs to 56 mph, the highest in the MX4 family, thanks to drivetrain tuning specific to the Expert model. Available in black or red.

At 143 lbs, the Sting R MX4 Expert carries a small weight penalty over the base Factory model for the upgraded suspension hardware, but remains dramatically lighter than any comparable gas motocross bike.
