How Your Bike Ships
Electric dirt bikes and motorcycles are large, heavy items that ship differently than a typical online order. Here’s exactly what to expect from checkout to your driveway.
Processing Time
Most in-stock bikes are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order ships, along with tracking information where available.
Freight Delivery
Because of their size and weight, complete bikes ship via freight carrier in a crate, typically to a curbside or dock delivery address — not standard parcel courier. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window in advance. Please inspect the crate for visible damage before signing for delivery, and note any damage on the delivery receipt; this protects your ability to file a freight claim if needed.
Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–12 business days depending on your location and carrier scheduling. Remote or rural addresses may take longer. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Assembly
Bikes ship approximately 85–90% assembled. Final setup — typically handlebars, front wheel, mirrors, and pedals/foot pegs where applicable — takes most riders 30–60 minutes with basic hand tools. A printed setup guide is included with every bike, and our support team is available if you have questions during assembly.
Shipping Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address after checkout — once an order has left our warehouse, address changes may not be possible and could result in delivery delays.
