1. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. Because electric dirt bikes and motorcycles are updated by manufacturers on an ongoing basis, minor variations in components, color, or specification versus the images shown may occur. Ride Surron is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or specifications, and reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel any order placed based on incorrect information.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Full payment is required at checkout in U.S. Dollars via the payment methods presented at checkout. Ride Surron reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability, in which case any payment collected will be refunded in full.

3. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this site. Youth-model electric dirt bikes are intended for use by minors under direct adult supervision at all times.

4. Off-Road Use & Rider Responsibility

Electric dirt bikes and off-road motorcycles are inherently risky vehicles. Riders are solely responsible for wearing appropriate safety gear (helmet, gloves, boots, and protective clothing), riding within their skill level, complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding where these vehicles may be operated, and maintaining their bike in a safe operating condition. Some models sold on this site are off-road only and are not street legal; it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm local regulations before use on any public road.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Ride Surron or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ride Surron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased through this site. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights or manufacturer warranty you may be entitled to.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
