The Talaria Komodo is the compact, playful member of the Talaria lineup — a shorter wheelbase and lighter overall build than the Sting platform, tuned for riders who value flickable, tight-trail handling over outright top speed. It’s proof that Talaria’s electric platform scales down without losing any of what makes the brand’s bikes so easy to love.
A 5,000W peak motor delivers the same clutchless, instant torque every Talaria is known for, tuned here for punchy low-end acceleration rather than sustained top-end pull — exactly what tight, technical trail riding calls for. Top speed of 45 mph keeps the Komodo firmly in trail-bike territory, with plenty of headroom for open sections without needing the outright speed of the larger X3 platform.
Adjustable inverted forks and a rear mono-shock give the Komodo genuine off-road suspension travel in a noticeably more compact package than the Sting or X3 lineups, which pays off directly in how the bike changes direction — tight switchbacks, technical rock gardens, and slow-speed technical moves all feel more natural on the Komodo’s shorter wheelbase. Hydraulic disc brakes front and rear and 19-inch front, 16-inch rear knobby tires round out a chassis built for control rather than raw speed.
At 124 lbs, the Komodo is one of the lighter full-suspension bikes in the Talaria range, making it an easy bike to muscle through technical sections and simple to recover after a low-speed tip-over.
